One-on-one coaching with Nicole is available for clinicians at any stage. Whether you are just getting started, navigating a transition, working through the business side of practice, or looking for a thought partner who understands both the clinical and operational realities of this work.
Every engagement is tailored to where you are and what you actually need. There is no set agenda, no rigid package, and no one-size-fits-all approach. Just focused, personalized support from a licensed clinician who has been in your shoes.

All coaching is conducted one-on-one between you and Nicole, LSCSW
Sessions are conducted virtually, unless local to Wichita, KS
A signed service agreement is required prior to your first session
All materials provided are for your individual professional use only and may not be shared or redistributed
