The Clinical Circle is a professional development and continuing education platform for licensed mental health professionals, operated by Nicole Nguyen, LSCSW. Our products and services include digital workbooks, coaching packages, continuing education trainings, and related professional resources.

2. Eligibility
Our products and services are intended for licensed mental health professionals and those actively pursuing licensure in the mental health field. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Nature of Services
All coaching services, workbooks, and educational materials provided by The Clinical Circle are for professional development and informational purposes only. Nothing provided by The Clinical Circle constitutes legal, financial, clinical supervision, or regulatory compliance advice. You are solely responsible for verifying information and for all professional decisions you make in connection with your practice.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, workbooks, curricula, frameworks, contact lists, and resources provided by The Clinical Circle are the exclusive intellectual property of The Clinical Circle. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal professional use only. You may not share, copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or use any materials in any training, coaching, or educational capacity on behalf of others. Violations of this license are subject to a minimum fee of $650 per occurrence plus any additional damages incurred.

5. Payment and Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase for digital products. For coaching packages, payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. The Clinical Circle reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Clinical Circle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

8. User Conduct
You agree not to use any content, materials, or resources obtained from The Clinical Circle for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable professional licensing or ethical standards.
