Due to the digital nature of our products and coaching services, all sales are final with the following exceptions.

Digital Products (Workbooks, Templates, and Downloadable Resources)
A full refund will be issued if requested within 24 hours of purchase and before the download link has been accessed. Once a digital product has been downloaded, no refund will be issued. This policy exists because digital products cannot be returned once accessed.

Coaching Packages
A full refund will be issued if requested before your first session is scheduled. Once your first session is booked, all fees are non-refundable regardless of whether remaining sessions have been completed. Unused sessions may not be exchanged for a refund.

Individual Coaching Sessions
Fees for individual sessions are due immediately following the session and are non-refundable.

Exceptions
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to a purchased digital product, please contact us at [your email] within 48 hours of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement download.

To request a refund where eligible, contact us at theclinicalcircle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. Eligible refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
