Understanding Intergenerational Trauma
4 CE's included
Available spots
Service Description
Trauma doesn't stay in the past; it travels through families, communities, and generations in ways that are profound and often invisible. This 4-hour training invites clinicians to explore the mechanisms behind intergenerational trauma transmission: biological, relational, and cultural. Through case examples, discussion, and reflective practice, participants will develop a richer clinical lens for recognizing inherited trauma patterns and supporting clients in interrupting cycles that no longer serve them. This training is designed for mental health professionals who want to deepen their understanding of trauma's long reach, and the healing that's possible when we name it.
